1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the educational materials, physical workshop programs, laboratory facilities, and technical advisory services offered by Link Layer Core ("we", "us", or "our"), operating from 19 Victoria Street, Cowwarr VIC 3858, Australia.

By booking a workshop seat, commissioning an engineering audit, or accessing this website (link-layercore.click), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Link Layer Core provides practical technical education, mechanical and thermal engineering guidance, acoustic enclosure design instruction, and electrical compliance auditing.

Our instruction focuses strictly on hardware engineering, thermal dissipation physics, and adherence to Australian standard AS/NZS 3000. Link Layer Core does not provide financial product advice, investment advice, managed cryptocurrency hosting, or trading recommendations. All computational yield figures discussed during coursework represent mathematical demonstrations of energy consumption and proof-of-work mechanics.

3. Workshop Attendance & Laboratory Safety

Participants attending in-person sessions at our Cowwarr laboratory must adhere to all occupational health and safety directions given by instructors.

• Enclosed leather footwear and safety eyewear are mandatory on the active workshop floor.
• Electrostatic discharge (ESD) wristbands and grounding cords must be utilized when handling open hashboards.
• High-voltage electrical circuits and switchboards may only be energized under the direct supervision of an authorized instructor.
• We reserve the right to exclude any participant who disregards safety protocols without entitlement to a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All printed manuals, schematics, digital calculators, dimensional enclosure blueprints, and course handouts provided during training remain the intellectual property of Link Layer Core. Materials are provided solely for the personal or internal commercial use of the registered participant and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed publicly without prior written permission.

5. Electrical Licensing & Compliance Disclaimer

Educational demonstrations and audit reports provided by Link Layer Core do not replace the legal requirement in Australia for fixed electrical wiring to be carried out by a licensed electrical contractor (Registered Electrical Contractor / REC). Clients and students remain solely responsible for ensuring that all permanent electrical installations on their premises are certified with a prescribed Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Link Layer Core and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the operation, modification, or overclocking of electronic hardware, electrical switchboards, or cooling apparatus outside of our supervised laboratory environment.

7. Invoicing & Informational Pricing

Pricing presented on this website is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is informational. Confirmed workshop placements and consulting deliverables are finalized via written booking confirmation and tax invoice.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
